- Without peeling the apples, grate the apples for the caramel
- In a frying pan, cook over low heat while stirring, the sugar for the caramel, pinch of cinnamon and the seeds of the vanilla bean
- When the sugar has browned, add the apples for the grated caramel
- Mix everything so that it looks like a puree, then lower the heat a little to let it simmer
- Without peeling the apples, roughly slice the apples for the crumble to have pieces
- Add them to the pan, along with the dried cranberries, lemon zest and lemon juice
- Without mixing, turn off the heat
- In another pan, put the flour, brown sugar and butter
- Mix with your fingers to get a good texture, seasoning with cinnamon
- Add the muesli
- Pour the crumble preparation starting from the middle
- Turn the heat back on low until it starts to crackle
- Put in the oven, and let brown, 12 to 14 minutes at 200 degrees
