  1. Boil water in a saucepan and immerse the eggs in it without hitting the bottom
  2. Cook for 4 minutes 30 seconds
  3. Empty the water and break the eggs to soften the edges of the pan then let them cool in cold water
  4. Peel and grate the half granny-smith apple
  5. In a salad bowl, mix the sausage meat with the blood sausage and apple
  6. Shape 4 balls
  7. Prepare a plate with the flour, salt and pepper, a bowl with the beaten eggs, and another bowl with the panko breadcrumbs
  8. Scale the eggs and put them inside each stuffing ball then close well all around to trap them
  9. Roll each ball in the flour, the beaten eggs then the breadcrumbs
  10. Heat the oil and as soon as it boils, cook the eggs over low heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning them over and then drain on a baking sheet
  11. We can serve them immediately hot and runny or eat them cold or reheat in the microwave for barely a minute which will inevitably modify the structure of the yolk which will become soft and then hard if you heat more
