  1. In a blender, put the olives, capers, anchovies, olive oil, crushed garlic and red wine vinegar
  2. Mix until you obtain a tapenade
  3. Cut zucchini slices of 0.5 cm diagonally to have larger slices
  4. In a frying pan, pour a little olive oil, then arrange the zucchini slices with the uens next to the others, with a little salt on top
  5. Return them when they are golden
  6. Cut the top of the loaves of bread, empty the crumb inside
  7. Put a little salt, pepper and olive oil in it, then spread the tapenade all over the interior generously
  8. Arrange 2 slices of cured ham per bread, on both sides, letting them overflow so that they can be folded back later
  9. Put slices of mozzarella in the bread, then cover with tapenade
  10. Put zucchini slices in the bread, then cover with tapenade
  11. Put slices of sun-dried tomatoes in the bread, then cover with tapenade
  12. Fold the slices of raw ham to close, then cover with the tapenade
  13. Close the loaves with their tops
