  8. After this time, preheat the oven to 140°C and prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper
  9. Using an ice cream scoop, take balls of dough then form a nice ball with your hands, place them on the plate, spacing them well apart as they will spread out when cooking, and flatten slightly the surface
