Steps

  2. Press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to open Task Manager
  3. Click File, then Run New Task
  4. Make sure you have checked the “Create this task with administrator privileges” box
  5. Type "cmd" and click "OK"
  6. Type the following commands at the command prompt and validate at the end of each line
