Steps

  1. Use an Android phone with no account (or an emulator like Bluestack, Nox, etc. on PC)
  2. Create a normal Google Account
  3. Go to Google Pay and add a credit card, indicating that the payment profile is Turkish, with a random Turkish address (or other country depending on what you want)
  4. Go to the Play Store and download Discord (or other app)
  5. Log in and go pay
  6. > Google will make you pay it in Turkish Lira (or other currency, depending on the country 3.)

Warning

  1. No need for VPN
  2. This technique works for Discord, Disney+ and others, but nothing says it works yet
