Steps

  1. Download and install "Combin Scheduler" for free (no subscription needed)
  2. https://www.combin.com/fr/product/free-instagram-scheduler/
  3. Create an account on "ifttt.com" for free (no subscription needed)
  4. - Unlimited action, only 3 simple Applets (multi-chain in Pro) and refresh every hour (faster in Pro)
  5. https://ifttt.com
  6. Add your "Applet"
  7. - For example, create two Applets, one for "Detect new post in Instagram to post to Facebook Pages" and a second for "Detect new post in Instagram to post to Twitter"
  8. /!\ Do not forget to connect you to your wanted Instagram, Facebook page, and Twitter accounts and enable it!
  9. Launch "Combin Scheduler" and prepare a scheduled post to test
  10. After 1 hour (or instant after manually check from the Applet), the post will automatically post on Instagram, it will be duplicate on the Facebook page and Twitter linked with the photo
