Steps
- > If you have one or more of these symptoms:
Freeze when you move around the explorer
Refuses to start on Windows (stays stuck at the Bios logo)
Refuses to start on Windows with a Bootable key (remains stuck at the logo)
Bluescreen with error 0xc0000001
Windows session login page, but keyboard mouse freeze
That you have to hold the power button to turn it off (after three times, it will automatically offer a menu)
That you always have access to Bios and Safe Mode (with and without internet)
- > Then you have several possibilities to try to isolate the problem and resolve it:
- The Start-Up
Disable everything at StartUp
Empty the corresponding folder
C:\Users\Canan\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
- > Empty the two corresponding Registers (except "(default)" and "SecurityHealth"):

Open a "cmd" in Admin to do the following commands
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
chkdsk c: /f

- Thermal paste
Shut down the PC
Turn off power via physical button
Unscrew your cooler (or AIO)
Clean the thermal paste on the CPU and on the cooler (or AIO)
- > Use a micro fiber cloth (or paper towel) with isopropyl alcohol
Make a good ball in the center (or a smaller one in the center and in the four corners)
- /!\ Nothing at the edges so it doesn't come out when under pressure
Check your CPU temperatures (should not exceed 75 degrees)
