Steps

  1. Hold the ax
  2. Raise your elbow
  3. Raise the arm
  4. /!\ Everything must remain aligned
  5. Throw
  6. /!\ Find your distance
  7. If the ax comes too far on the head or on the handle, then you must move back or forward respectively, to let the ax make its complete turn (or its complete turns)
  8. For example: Mark at 1 on the ground (or other marker)
