Steps

  1. Open the Settings screen
  2. Scroll down to the bottom and tap "About phone"
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the About page
  4. Tap few times the Build number until the message "You are now a developer!"
  5. Tap the Back button
  6. Tap "Developer Options"
  7. Enable “USB debugging” option
