Steps

1. /!\ Before any operation, it is important to sterilize the blades of the tools you use with alcohol, and to repeat this operation when you move to another tree, in order to avoid the transmission of diseases
2. Remove the rejects or gourmands that leave the foot inside
3. > This allows the sap to concentrate in the trunk and facilitate the penetration of the sun for better fruiting
4. Prune all the branches located at the base of the crown and which are directed towards the ground
5. > No fruit and not pretty
6. Cut off any branches that are pointing toward the center of the tree
7. > The center of the tree must be clear
8. /!\ There should be no intersecting branches, if this is the case, remove the weakest or worst placed one
9. Remove dead and dry branches
