Steps

  1. Uninstall VirtualBox using the control panel "Program and functionalities" tool
  2. Do not restart!
  3. Remove this folders if they are still there :
  4. C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox
  5. C:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\VirtualBox
  6. Delete the following folders :
  7. %userprofile%\.VirtualBox
  8. %userprofile%\VM VirtualBox
  9. Go to regedit (WIN+R and type regedit), and remove :
  10. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Oracle\VirtualBox
  11. Restart your computer
  12. Install VirtualBox and Enjoy
