Steps

  1. Start Wamp server on pc
  2. Click on the Wamp icon in the windows taskbar
  3. Click "Put Online" (bottom of Wamp)
  4. /!\ If you are in Wamp3+, you have to enable this functionnality with "WampManager Tray Icon" -> "Wamp Settings" -> check "Menu Item: Online/Offline"!
  5. Run command prompt
  6. Type "ipconfig" and press "enter" key
  7. Note your IPv4 address (like 192.168.1.XXX)
  8. Make sure your PC and Android are connected with same wifi
  9. Make sure your wifi network is defined as "Home Network"
  10. Open browser on android
  11. Type your IPv4 address
